ZankoLink Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the ZankoLink application from the Google Play Store or web portal, creating an account via Google Sign-In or Email, or utilizing our university cutoff calculators, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Academic Data & Advisory Disclaimer

All admission cutoffs, historical averages, department requirements, parallel tuition fees, and scholarship discount tiers displayed on ZankoLink are aggregated from historical data released by the Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq (KRG). They are provided strictly for educational reference and academic planning. Official admission decisions, cutoff adjustments, and final seat allocations remain the sole prerogative of the Ministry of Higher Education via the official Zankoline system.

3. User Accounts & Prohibited Conduct

• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and maintaining the confidentiality of your session.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide truthful academic marks and high school branch information to obtain valid estimations.
• Prohibited Automation: You may not use scrapers, spiders, crawlers, or automated scripts to systematically extract data or database records from ZankoLink without prior written consent.
• Platform Integrity: You must not attempt to disrupt servers, manipulate algorithms, or probe network vulnerabilities.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary algorithms, score prediction logic, graphic designs, logos, user interface assets, database schemas, and codebase associated with ZankoLink are the exclusive intellectual property of ZankoLink. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the services for non-commercial educational purposes.

5. Account Termination & 30-Day Deletion Policy

You may request voluntary termination and permanent deletion of your account at any time either through the mobile app settings or via our dedicated Account Deletion Portal. Deletion requests are subject to a 30-day grace period, after which all marks, preferences, tokens, and profile data are permanently erased from our databases. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZankoLink and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, including any university admissions outcomes or changes in official Ministry cutoffs.
